These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ev999 ("ev999", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the ev999 online betting and casino platform accessible at https://ev999.cc and all associated sub-domains, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

Opening multiple accounts, whether using the same identity or different identity information, is strictly prohibited. ev999 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are confirmed, all accounts except the original may be permanently closed and associated balances may be voided pending investigation.

2.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your profile information promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. ev999 may require identity verification at the time of registration, upon withdrawal requests, or at any other time at ev999's discretion. Acceptable verification documents may include a valid national identity card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures.

2.5 Residency. The ev999 Platform is operated with Bangladeshi players as its primary target audience. Account Security & Responsibility

3.2 All activity conducted through your ev999 account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised the specific action. ev999 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. ev999 processes deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change at ev999's discretion.

4.2 Deposit Processing. 4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. 4.6 Currency. The ev999 Platform operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). All account balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, bet stakes, and winnings are denominated in BDT. ev999 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

4.7 Dormant Accounts. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. ev999 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts, as detailed in the Platform's fee schedule. Bonuses & Promotions

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited.

Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting errors in promotion configuration, coordinating bets with other players to guarantee outcomes, or hedging bets in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

5.5 ev999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonuses already credited to player accounts will be honoured subject to the applicable wagering requirements.

Betting Rules & Game Conduct

6.1 Sportsbook. All sports bets placed on ev999 are governed by the ev999 Sportsbook Rules, which are displayed within the sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between the Sportsbook Rules and these Terms, the Sportsbook Rules shall prevail in respect of sports betting matters.

Prohibited Activities

7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ev999 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or other technology to place bets, access the Platform, or exploit game mechanics in an unauthorised manner.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct intended to manipulate the outcome of sporting events or casino games.

Termination & Suspension

12.3 Effect of Termination.
